Led the migration of Kingston Council’s website from the Jadu CMS to the LocalGov Drupal (LGD) platform, improving flexibility, accessibility, and long-term maintainability. The project involved migrating structured content, rebuilding key templates and components, and aligning the site with the LocalGov Drupal design system used across UK councils.

The migration enhanced content management workflows, improved performance, and ensured the site met modern accessibility and public-sector standards while maintaining continuity for residents accessing council services.
