Supported the migration of the Worcestershire County Council website from the Jadu CMS to LocalGov Drupal (LGD), helping transition the council to the open-source platform widely adopted across UK local authorities. The work involved restructuring and migrating content, implementing LocalGov Drupal components, and ensuring the site aligned with accessibility and usability standards expected of public sector services.

The migration enabled a more flexible and maintainable digital platform, improving content management for internal teams while delivering a clearer, more consistent user experience for residents accessing council information and services.
